Entire generations of rock drummers have sat behind the potency of Paiste 2002-Series cymbals. In 1971, these now renowned cymbals were first introduced and from the very start, have been made using B8 bronze - or more specifically - CuSn8 Bronze. The 2002 was the first pro-series to use an alloy of such quality and ever since, B8 bronze has also been affectionately referred to as 2002 Bronze.
