This Meinl cymbal is the latest addition to the Byzance Dual Series; a series based on the extremely popular and recognisable Byzance Extra Dry Series cymbals. What sets the Byzance Dual Series apart, however, is a rough finish for the centre of the cymbals compared to a brilliant finish for the outer edges, resulting in a dark, earthy sound backed up by clear and bright resonance.
