The Olympus VN-731PC is an affordable and durable handheld voice recorder that´s fit for beginners as well as advanced users thanks to its two individual display modes. In the standard mode, you gain access to all options in the menu. Its easy mode only shows the essential information in a simplified menu. Operating it is very easy thanks to the large buttons and clear LCD display. The compact recorder features an internal memory of 2 GB. Thanks to high-quality data compression, there's enough space for nearly 800 hours of recordings.
VN-731PC: great-sounding recordings
The VN-731PC is very compact and weighs only 71 grams. It's therefore easy to take with you - you'll be able to create crystal-clear recordings anywhere. The built-in low-noise and omnidirectionally sensitive microphone ensures that all audio in its direct environment is accurately registered. In order to connect an external microphone, you can use the 3.5mm stereo mini jack connector on top.
2GB internal memory
Olympus have fitted this basic model out of the VN series with 2 GB of internal memory. In HQ mode, this is enough for 126 hours of neat recordings, whereby every detail is perfectly registered. In the LP record mode, the frequency range is limited and optimised for speech, while the recording resolution is decreased. It allows you to record for nearly 800 hours with this Olympus VN-731PC.
