Want centralised control over a host of audio sources to send to different rooms? Check out the Monacor MPX-4PA 3-channel zone mixer. This mixing desk can be connected to as many as ten different chunks of gear that you can then distribute across three different zones. This could be up to six MP3 and CD players at line level, plus two record players and two microphones. What's also great about the MPX-4PA is that it can be mounted in a 19" rack where it'll take up just 4U. Set it up at a community centre, the local sports club or a restaurant and you've got everything you need to take care of the music.
The MPX-4PA: Powerful Zone Mixer
Accessed via RCA inputs, the four stereo channels are each equipped with a gain control, a PFL control, a level control, peak LEDs and routing controls. The microphone channels, meanwhile, feature XLR and jack ports and come furnished with gain and level controls, a PAD switch and a two-band EQ, while the three master channels have their own volume control, a 3-band EQ, VU LEDs, balance pots, a PFL button and a mono/stereo toggle. Per zone, you have the pick of XLR and RCA outputs for hooking up gear like an amplifier, a mixer or a recording device, and the MPX-4PA has been finished with a headphone output plus a BNC jack so you can plug in a GNL-204 gooseneck light (not included).
