HK Audio's E110 Sub A from their Elements series is an active subwoofer with a small-but-powerful 10-inch woofer lurking behind a metal grille. Thanks to E-Connect, this subwoofer is the perfect mate for other modules from the Elements series. Moreover, the E110 Sub A has a stand adapter that makes it the perfect base for your speaker pillar.

Characteristics

The E110 Sub A has a built-in class-D amplifier of 600 watts (4 ohms). Its continuous power capacity in the lowest regions is 250 watts RMS, at a nominal impedance of 10 ohms. At the highest end of the frequency scale, its capacity is 300 watts RMS continuous at an 8-ohm impedance. It has a frequency range between 45 and 150 Hz, so also the lowest tones. There's a SpeakOn input and a SpeakOn output on the back to chain your audio signal. The signal also travels upwards via the E-Connect stand adapter on top of the subwoofer.

E-Connect

The stand adapter features E-Connect, a system that allows for the audio signal to pass through, whether directly to another speaker or via a distance rod. The big advantage of the Elements products is that they're all equipped with E-Connect, allowing for the most elaborate setups while only using a single cable. Ideal!
