A new era of active loudspeakers has begun with Yamaha's DSR series!

These speakers produce unbelievable power thanks to their use of modern technology. A bi-amp system can be used for amplification, so that the incoming signal is filtered before entering the amplifier module. Thanks to this filtering there is a separate amplifier for the diaphragm compression driver and the woofer that can commit its power to the filtered frequency.

The result is incredible efficiency. These speakers are so efficient in fact, that with this 12-inch edition a sound of no fewer than 134 dB can be produced and delivered by a 1,300W amplifier module, sturdy woofer and diaphragm compression driver that can convert power into a clear sound without breaking a sweat.
