Beyma have earned themselves an excellent reputation among technicians and DIY-builders. While their 18P1000/FE was already a very powerful bass woofer, the new 18P1000/FE V2 comes with a few upgrades, including a higher power capacity: 1,200 Watts AES / 2,400 Watts Program. As anything but a bull in a china shop, this woofer features an advanced design for a highly accurate and tight sound at a nominal impedance of 8 Ohms.

The 18P1000Fe V2: High Efficiency & Linear Response

The woofer is equipped with a redesigned magnetic voice coil and convection circuit for increased efficiency and a minimum of air noise. Combined with MMSS technology, the 4-inch voice coil and water-resistant cone offer a controlled, linear response and keep any harmonic distortion at bay while minimising the loss of power compression. The specifications of this Beyma woofer literally speak volumes and make sure it's especially suitable for powerful PA systems and bass that can not only be heard, but felt.
