Fender have designed the ultimate signature bass guitar, specifically for Duff McKagan (ex Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver), based on his favourite Jazz Bass Special from the eighties. The pearly white, streamlined body is connected to a black-lacquered neck with a thin, modern C profile which results in a bass that is easy to play and excellently suited for rock music. The pickup configuration makes that the Fender Duff McKagan Precision Bass produces versatile, warm and punchy sounds.

With a J Bass pickup (Seymour Duncan STKJ2B) in the bridge position and a P Bass pickup in the middle, this is a P Bass that isn't afraid to stray over to the J-side of the bass force. The Duff McKagan P-Bass' alnico pickups are perfect for creating versatile, legendary rock tones. The passive bass or treble cut of the Treble Bass Expander allow you to further fine-tune the sound of this extraordinary Fender.

Proper base with a warm bite

The warm, balanced foundations of this Fender are laid by an alder Precision body. The thin maple neck brings out the bass tones and the rosewood fretboard lines it all with a sweet edge. Thanks to its medium jumbo frets, its 9.5-inch fretboard radius and the modern C-profile neck, the Duff McKagan Precision Bass is a smooth bass to play, allowing for easy quick bass lines.
