The Squier Avril Lavigne Telecaster is a signature guitar, named after rocking singer songwriter Avril Lavigne. It is a fusion of the characteristic Telecaster construction, humbucker pickup, deep black body/hardware and a 3-layer black/white/black pickguard. Also, it features a skull and crossbones logo next to the 12th fret and Avril Lavigne's signature on its headstock. This Telecaster is a deliciously rocking guitar for serious starting guitarists.
A modified Telecaster
The Telecaster is the first, highly successful electric guitar model by Fender and is still a popular instrument today. Its clear sound is beloved among blues, country and jazz guitarist but nowadays also by rock musicians. The black Squier Avril Lavigne Telecaster is equipped with a humbucker instead of a single coil. The humbucker's high output and full sound make that this guitar is even better suited for rougher types of music.
