Line 6's DT25 amp top is the perfect love child of digital modelling technology and a tube guitar amplifier. This compact guitar amplifier has the same specifications as the DT25 combo but with the option to select one or two of your own speaker cabinets. The DT25 top is equipped with four different amplifier sounds: Classic American, British Crunch, Class A Chime and Modern High-Gain. You can assign any two of these amp sounds to the two switchable channels of the DT25, allowing for a different amp setup for every situation.

Versatile power amp circuit

The tube power amp of the DT25 top features several nifty options for you to create your ultimate guitar sound. The Pentode/Triode switch allows you to go from a sultry, classic sound to one that is tight and modern. Moreover, you can choose between a class A (10 watts) and a class AB (25 watts) power amp emulation, which means between choosing between more dynamics and attack or more power and extra headroom.

Tube distortion at low volume

You no longer have to worry about bothering the neighbours when giving in to a sudden burst of inspiration in the middle of the night thanks to the Low Volume mode, as it allows you to play at low volume, while the amp still sounds like it's cranked up to ten! You are supplied with extra distortion, more compression and improved dynamics.

L6 LINK: solid harmony between your amplifier and multi-effect pedal

You will wring the most out of your DT25 when you use its L6 LINK connector. L6 LINK allows you to seamlessly incorporate a POD HD floor processor into the DT25's tonal circuit with just a single XLR cable. When you select a certain amp model on the POD HD, the DT25 will automatically select the right type of power amp. L6 LINK is also great when you use a Line 6 James Tyler Variax guitar, as it lets you select a preset on the POD HD, switch over the DT25 and choose a guitar model as well as a tuning, all from your guitar.
